Supports MasterCard® and VISA Purchase Cards Level III. The Pay->MationSM Module supports VISA and MasterCard® Purchase Cards, Level II. The 1Pass 2Pass SM product is segregated into 2 components: Component 1 is for merchants who complete their order processing prior to the submission of an authorization request. Transactions are authorized and then settled from a single merchant file transmission. Component 2 is for merchants who wish to authorize and settle in separate batch transmissions. Transactions are authorized and responses sent to the merchant. The merchant processes the orders and transmits the approved transactions for settlement. In component 2, the system proactively seeks another authorization on transactions being settled seven days or more after the original authorization, preventing the transaction from being downgraded by VISA.
Reauthorization Options - Soft Decline Recycling (SDR) is a system designed to recycle those authorizations that initially result in a soft decline, with the hope that the authorization will be approved on a subsequent submission. A soft decline is a response from the card issuer due to a temporary situation, such as an inoperable system or system error, incomplete transaction, purchase that exceeds credit limits, etc.
